VAL-YOU at the Best of Erasmus 2025 event
We are honoured to have been invited by the German National Agency for School Education to present our project VAL-YOU at the Best of Erasmus 2025 event in Potsdam on 2 October 2025.
During the event, we had the pleasure of offering a practical workshop for teachers on European values in school education and the role of Erasmus+ in fostering these values across Europe.

🎮 What if we learned about democracy by playing a game?How can we help young people understand European values and see how their choices shape the society they live in?Sometimes the best way to explore complex issues is to get involved, face real-life scenarios and look at situations from different perspectives.That’s the idea behind the VAL-YOU Game: an interactive game where players explore democracy, freedom, equality, justice, solidarity and pluralism through scenarios that encourage thoughtful decisions, discussion and reflection.🧩 There isn’t always a perfect answer. Making a choice can mean balancing important values, weighing consequences and engaging with different points of view.For teachers and educators, the game turns these topics into engaging learning experiences. Use it individually, in small groups or as a starting point for classroom discussions to encourage critical thinking, dialogue and active participation.🌱 Play, choose, discuss and reflect.
